Yeh because most of us need a break after 4 years in a piss easy job where you do **** all. No tactics, no game plan, no plan B, nothing. How difficult it must of been, I mean other managers have done much tougher jobs and taken time out to look after sick loved ones or to grieve and thats fair enough, work took its toll and personal life comes first.
