This. I think all the claims about our central midfield being poor have all stemmed from Fletch's illness and absence. Even when playing with colitis for the first half of last season he still managed two goals and seven assists. Personally I reckon the main reason SAF hasn't bought a CM is that he's still hoping Fletch will recover.

Dont agree with the park comment, he is not rated highly as a player at OT, he is however treated like a god because, not only does he eat dogs, but he played well against the scousers, once. I would say our most overrated player currently playing is ferdinand, just due to the fact that he is compared to how he was 5 years ago, which, obviously he is not as good as when he was fully fit and younger. I personally dont think anyone is really rated that highly
O'Shea wasn't a super talented player, but he never moaned when he wasn't playing and always gave everything he had for the club. It's players like him that win titles. Players that may not be first XI material but when theres an emergency they can rise to the occasion.

Nani. Some people still think hes ****, some people think he should be sold, some people think valencia is better. Hes a ****ing machine, one of those players who an do something even when playing bad. A game changer, match winner and a player who terrifies defenders for more reasons that Valencia ( who I love btw ). If Rooney and Nani are in the mood monday then we could be in for a treat.

Yeah, I sort of follow Scotland as I can't stand the English national team and been to a few games over the years with my family up there and Fletcher is key for them. They'll miss him severely for the World Cup qualifiers if he's not fit and have to rely on useless ****s such as Adam and Don Cowie!
