Half-Time: Norwich City 0-2 Liverpool. A Luis Suarez double gives Liverpool the lead at half-time. Suarez got the first of the game on the 24th minute as he is played in by Steven Gerrard and slots the ball home. Suarez then doubled Liverpool's lead in the 28th minute as he drove the ball into the corner of the net. Good half so far. Let's keep it up!
Not the most convincing performance. Plenty of safe possession, knocking it about in the middle or our third, but very little going forward until Norwich make a mistake - which they did for both goals so far. Hopefully we can push on in the second half, 2-0 isn't comfortable for us given our performance this season and 3 or 4 goals would build confidence ahead of the final. 4-0 Liverpool! Lets do it
We grew in to it as the half went on. Weirdly that is Suarez's first brace in the PL for Liverpool. That's the main reason he doesn't have as many as the likes of Rooney and Van Persie. He scores fairly often but he never gets more than one a match (woodwork mainly to blame for that of course). We didn't look up for until the first goal, hopefully we can get a couple more in the second half and build up some momentum.
Terrible defending for both goals, but both were quality finishes. It's probably one of the worst 45 mins we've had this year, but we've had 3 tricky chances and scored 2 of them. Compare that to last weeks good performance and 20 odd chances and 0 goals! Suarez, 6 in 8 now, looks like he's starting to find his goal scoring form.
Incidently, WHY do we always have 3 or more defenders on the bench?! Never mind the defensive mid as well! Negative bench imo...lucky we're 2-0 at the half
Good finishing from Suarez, and good link up play between him and Gerrard. Once again finishing is defining our game. In most games, by this point, we've usually had 10 shots on target by and 0 goals; now we've had 4 and scored 2.
We are playing no different to the majority of games this season...except we managed to actually finish some chances.
Come on Shelvey get yourself a goal. Gerrard needs one too. Need to get some confidence ready for Chelsea.

They should ban them the day after you ban the fans singing about Munich and those making monkey gestures.
