Great to see Shelvey get a start. As for Carragher, he isn't as good as he once was but he isn't as bad as people tend to make out. I like the look of a front 3 including Bellamy, Downing and Suarez. Plenty of pace there.
Yeah, I mentally bookmarked that line as a possible canaries fave. Can't argue with it TBH, judging on their performances for their respective teams this season. It's more because we need Carragher's replacements to get games and settle. There is little benefit of playing Carragher atm, other than sentiment. I love Cara but for the benefit of the future he needs to sit it out.

Maybe Suarez will be rested on Tuesday night. Like we did for the Blackburn game. Would have liked to have seen Carroll start though.
