    Borussia Dortmund have received over 300,000 requests for only 21,000 tickets for their final league game of the season, when they are expected to win the league. BD have 50,000 season ticket holders, and with 8000 tickets going to Frankfurt supporters, only 21,000 tickets have been made available and will be put into a ballet. That is sensational by anyone's standards!

    Not to mention they sent back 1500 tickets for their local derby at Schalke because they put the prices up...to 22euros, or £19. That is for one of the biggest games in German football, imagine paying those prices for games in this country? I had to pay £28 to go to ****ing Wigan!

    The German's have it spot on, they have standing areas, they give the crazy singing supporters the best seats in the ground(mostly behind each goal) and the atmosphere's are always buzzing.

    I agree the German and to a lesser extent the Dutch leagues show exactly what should be done in England for supporters, it'll never happen though, too many people make too much money!

    Its hard to say this but the Germans are better at us at everything...except war.

    The Kop is a myth and only appears on Semi Finals in Europe, against Man Utd after they are already winning and when their 'messiah' comes back to save them but no, Liverpoo fans are not deluded when they say they are the best.

    When I was in Laos in the summer, I met a German lad who was living in Australia. His girlfriend was an Ozzy and was reading Gazza's autobiography. Really sound lad, kept getting steaming and telling me I was like a brother to him. He was at this game and said he met a load of Geordies afterwards for a drink, said he's liked us ever since!

    But when we say we are the best in the country with 50,000 in the Championship, selling out every away game in the Championship, 2500 at Plymouth on a Monday night, more against Scunthorpe than Liverpool did in Europe as well as Chelsea against Inter Milan, we are classed as deluded!

    Fair play! I was never in a situation when I could've gone to an away game in Europe the last time and to be fair I think I took it all for granted anyway (didn't really ever see us dropping so far).

    Definitely on my 'to do' list should we qualify in the next couple of years!

    I went to a Borrussia Munchengladbach game in 2006 v Armenia Bielefeld. What an Atmosphere. Gotta admire the germans,

    Personally, I like Ze Germans. Especially the Bundesliga, a league that is being PROPERLY RUN you ****s at the Premier League.
