yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay, soon as the legal fees are paid off we get a shiny new casino to spend even more money and get nothing back from.

elland, Leeds United are the only ones wanting to put it on the Elland Road site.

Surely Bates would have to get permission from the grounds "owners".

seems he never has any trouble convincing them. Suppose it doesn't take much when you have a conversation with yourself.

Now we know where any profit from sales of home shirts will be going, hope people wake up and don't buy them or anything from Leeds United FC.

well boab, the current home shirts are on offer because they can't sell them. The only reason kids home shirts were given free was because they couldn't sell them.

Casino > Hotel, Nightclub, Museum etc. This idea would actually make profit

Logi, against the amount it would take to build... it's going to set the club back years, vs actually getting into the Premier League and using a percentage of the proceeds to build it. There's no interest in that, build first, then make a team with whatever's left.

Yeah I know that. Just saying if Bates wont u-turn on his 'build a club before a team' idea then id prefer a casino to anything else <ok>

Not in the current economy they don't, it's a huge gamble (pardon the pun) and one not worth taking.
