Dressing room morale

If dressing room morale is so good, why does the team play as if morale is so bad?

What does a team play like with bad morale, is it any different than how a team plays through lack of quality?

 

I'm sure there is good morale in the liverpool/villa squads but look how ****e they are

 

Morale at Leeds United has been low for years, the players are treated badly by the Leeds United board and are made to feel they owe the club things simply because they are employed by Leeds United. The management (or lack of it) in the past has not helped matters and some players at the club are hoping to move on a.s.a.p.
I'm sorry that some supporters choose not to believe the information they are given and ask for the name of the person that gives the inside information, it won't happen and it is a simple as that. The club is rank rotten from top to bottom, eventually all will come out.

Edit: If the managerial changes I expect to take place in the next few weeks, take place, then expect Snoddy and White to move to EPL club currently struggling, but likely to remain in the EPL.

I'm not expecting changes in the board unfortunately

I will wait till the first few weeks in May, unless of course things change. The club involved are struggling in the EPL and the manager who may be taking over at the club, has agreed to the move but wants to wait till the end of the season.

Things may take place by Monday of next week, it depends on the results this weekend. All I can say is that a new manager has been sought and he has has verbally agreed to leaving his current EPL club for this club and that he wishes it not to take place until the end of the season.
The manager in question is a fan of Snoddy and White and would like to have them at his current club.
