http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/17873101 Harry's dismissed Corluka's claims that failure to rotate the squad has cost us Champions League football this season as "nonsense and an excuse." What, even though the exact same thing happened last season? Even worse, he claims we did rotate...for the Europa League. You all remember the Europa League, right? The competition we played in six months ago - so, in effect, Harry is supporting Chalrie's statement instead of disproving it.
“At the end of the day, it’s down to the players,” Redknapp said. “When things are going well, we give them all the credit. “If we hadn’t had a bad run, we would have qualified for the Champions League.” Is he just taking the piss now?
Redknapp is fast becoming a joke. He happily takes credit but refuses responsibility. When he leaves I bet he comes out and slates Levy.
Kyle Walker: 43 appearances Benoit Assou-Ekotto: 40 Gareth Bale: 38 Younes Kaboul: 37 Luka Modric: 37 Jermain Defoe: 36 Rafael van der Vaart: 35 Brad Friedel: 34 Scott Parker: 33 Emmanuel Adebayor: 33 That's not including internationals, either. Clearly not an average of 30-35, as the lowest is halfway between those two figures.
Absolutely. Harry is the buck passer par excellence. Nothing is EVER his fault. I would love him to take the England job, just to listen him trying to wriggle out of it when it all goes tits up!
I just covered this... Spurs have played 49 games this season. Chelsea have played 55 games this season. So why have our players played more games than theirs?
No you have not covered this...or yourself in apparent glory!...as I have told you ...elsewhere! name one Spurs player who has more apps than Ashley Cole? Anyway as I said on the other thread I'm bored winning this one! , lets find another subject.
More meaningless bollocks from Harry this morning. So, we tried to sign Tevez in January, but couldn't get him because his wages were too high. Really?? No ****, Harry? I am surprised! Seriously, poor attempt at trying to deflect attention from the real issues. But sorry, I'm not buying it.
Agreed. He's been accused of poor squad rotation causing our drop in form. Farmed all our back up players out to other clubs in January and now complains he couldn't sign a player that was so far out of reach in the first place, it makes him look all the more ridiculous! Why can't Harry learn to just keep his mouth shut, answer "football" questions to the press and get on with it?
And thank **** for that. We've all seen what financial mismanagement and overspending can do to a club.
