Can he succeed in the Premier League.... Big question. I'd say yes, but I can think of cons. I think park the bus teams like Stoke could hold back the style he shows with Barca comfortably enough, so he would have to adapt and maybe get a bit more physical.
I don't think Chelsea will be right for him... I think Chelsea need to go for a manager who knows the premier league. Scolari, Grant, AVB & Ancellotti had no premier league experience and they all failed - Mourinho was an anomolie. I think Man Utd would be the club for him

UIR I have no idea of why you are so against this guy. I love the way he has set up Barca to play. Great team and a great style of football. Furthermore no he will not be at United in the foreseeable future. Secondly if he did and I would not be upset, but he would need time to settle in and get United playing to his way. Finally I believe United will initially struggle regardless of who takes over considering the legacy of SAF.

Secondly, you're completely wrong, Guardiola completely changed Barcelona when he came in he got rid of the likes of Deco and Ronaldinho, changed Messi from a winger to the central position he plays in now, Xavi and Iniesta were thought of as average players before Guardiola based his system around them. Winning 13 competions in 4 years is an amazing unprecedented record, he's won as many champions league titles as SAF has managed in 25 years. Having the best players does not guarantee success, think of the galacticos era of Real Madrid in the early 2000s where they had the likes of Figo, Zidane, Beckham, Ronaldo, Carlos, Raul, Casillas etc did they win everything? did they win as much as Barca have? No! If the other teams in spain are as bad as you say, how do you explain bilbao embarrassing your lot in the europa league earlier this year? If you truely don't rate Pep as a manager then I don't think you understand football
Players always big up managers, especially if they are friends outside the game and I would think Pepe was a manager and friend to them. Personally barcelona are horrible to watch aswell. I prefer attcking direct football played at pace. Nothing beats it.
