So Pep Guardiola is leaving Barca, will this mean Barca's dominance will be less potent?

Also where do you see him going? Think he is having a break for a year or two but I can see him at City or Chelsea in the near future.

I know he admired our youth academy but I can't see him coming to us.

wolves will most likely be in search of a new manager.

Maybe Mick McCarthy will take over at Barca.

In seriousness. We all know the press will say Chelsea, then say Di Matteo is being harshly treated if he does get over looked, and then he will take over a Wolves.

TBH I could picture him in charge of United in the near future.

But another interesting one is who will manage Barca? I'm sure they will favour some one Spanish.

Good point, just looked on the Chelsea and Arsenal boards and they seem to want to stick to their current managers. It's tough to call, would Pep be as influential inheriting a team that was not as talented as the likes of Xavi, Iniesta and Messi etc? Roman could try and lure him, I can see why Chelsea fans want to stick with RDM, but is he in a honeymoon period?

It will be interesting to see what he could do with a less star studded squad. I dont think Guardiola only did well because of the players he had though. He had to motivate them. Great squads can easily become mutinous with out a top manager.

He'd be a ****ing idiot to go anywhere near Chelsea! I think he'll end up at Man Utd

Well if he does take a two year sabatical it is not our of the question him coming to us.....

kenny is on a three year contract....So we could be looking in a couple of years...

Alot depends on us, If our youth shows potential and is integrated and we manage to improve and achieve champions league over the next two years he may come to us.

However, if we are in the same position we are in now, he will not.

If we did improve, I am sure there is no one he would prefer to have in charge of the youth then Rodolfo.
