It seems as though Gavan Hoolan is on his way, but have any other 'kids' been released yet? Has there been a retained list released from the youth ranks as they have finished their season as such?
It was decided about 3 weeks ago which kids would be kept on. A poster on here did put up a partial list, but cant remember who it was, or what thread. I haven't seen any list on OWS or facebook page. I know the son of a friend of mine got kept on. Hope that helps
It was jeffratcliffeshat who put up the list of the retained players from the youth team... 3 of the Year 2 Trainees were offered pro contracts, midfielder Dougie Wilson and strikers Lewis Clarkson and Johnny Margetts, Henry Gill has a chance to prove himself after being injured, the rest were released (surprisingly Jules Gabbidinni and Jordan Holt). Will Aimson has been signed from eastleigh Fc. The year 1 trainees have some great prospects particularly keeper Joe Cracknell, defender Ben Clappison and striker Danny Chambers to name 3. Max Clark is just finishing school and will be a Year One Trainee Next Season.

Henry Gill used to go to my school a couple of years above, quality player, hope he makes the first team after his injury
I saw him play a couple of times for the ressies. He looked like a 11 year old kid lost in the park in game with the big kids on his way home from school
He was getting extra handling practice on Saturday as well, first half he was one of the ball boys. Bit of a come down from being on the bench on Tuesday night.
