A quick wiki search and it turns out they're both still alive, no mention of health problems...It does however show that the US Government spend an estimated $12m on an investigation into the selling of drug paraphernalia (bongs and pipes) for which Chong was sentenced to 9 months in prison and a $20,000 fine...Clearly money well spent...

 

Legalise Cannabis... sell it in pharmacy's only and they have a right to refuse sale if you look shifty.

Tax the **** out of it. but not so much that it pushes prices above dealers. this will provide a boost to the economy and eliminate a portion of the criminal element reducing the use of police funding to combat against drugs. grow it on our shores in regulated factory's and have a skills set and qualifications to regulate who works on the "farms" and add an element of trust plus this will create jobs and income that can become further contributions to income tax.

 

Watched some programme not long ago and the teenagers they interviewed weren't bothered with Alcohol or Drugs because it's available to them at younger ages than over here, so they hardly ever drink and don't smoke weed. I'm sure you still get the pissheads and druggies still, but that's what was on there anyway.
