Its certainly interesting, and could be great for raising the profile of the club, especially in the USA. Though the traditionally private life of LFC is going to be opened a little bit. Though I'm sure they wont show any thing if the club say no.
It sounds a bit like the documentary that happened in the 01/02 Season. Can't remember what it was called.. "No heart bigger than LFC" or something like that. Shall be very interesting indeed.
Waiting for Daglish to claim his shirt deal and new TV show are better achievements than winning the league.
Well Daglish has already talked up the shirt sponsor, only a matter of time before he comments about the show. Fergie only allegedly controls the FA. You have no proof! It'll be interesting to see the show though, how much privacy the club will retain. You'd think privacy of the players/coaches would be negated, which I'm not sure is a good thing. I wonder what we will do to counter this. After your shirt deal we went out and got DHL to sponsor our training kits and I believe we either renegotiated our deal with Nike or we're in talks to improve our deal to make it better than yours. At least that's what I can recall off the top of my head.
The American viewer will lap it up.....they love our history, they'll love this; expect shirt sales to explode. Very clever move indeed.
Third post in and we're being WUM'd already. Jesus Christ just **** off already. I think the USA is a massive market which hasn't really been exploited yet. There are 'soccer' fans there, of course, but nowhere near as many as there could be. With our owners being USA based, this could be another clever way to increase our marketing further simply through exposure - no doubt our tour this pre-season will help with this also. They don't miss a trick, do they?
Only problem is it is on Fox Soccer so not everyone will get it. If it was on ESPN, your average Joe would watch it and thus get hooked into the game and LFC. Still a good step mind you. OH and don't worry about Sunshine ( mano) he just woke up !

When I was getting my cable package the only requirement I had was Fox Soccer must be included, and multiple unused movie channels later... here I am.
Only prblem with this is the fact Fox is Murdoch owned so it pains me we're jumping into bed with one of his franchises!
I was just thinking exactly that. After all the **** we put up with from the last owners I wasn't expecting this lot to start sleeping with the enemy. Ffs the whole idea sounds a bit naff anyway but now I know its a deal with Fox I think this is a mistake. Just another example of chasing the mighty dollar at any cost perhaps. **** the fans...cash is king right??
