There was a guy in my class at school who used to get regular nosebleeds, so he was given an appropriate nickname. I shall never forget the day the phone rang and my mother came into the living room and said, 'It's minge for you dear.' My father choked on his beer! <laugh>

His brother was nicknamed Kipper but I never did find out why!

Forget about Kipper, was Minge a decent footballer (when he didn't have a nosebleed) ? If so, there could be an opening for him at FP, once we have signed both Messi & Fanni, and even Gash from Cambridge <ok>

The worrying piece for me in the BBC Sport report is the Football League AGM on 2nd June. Will the Football League require a definitive answer from the administrator as to whether Portsmouth can guarantee to fulfill their fixtures for the 2012-13 season? The word is, at the moment, that the money will run out by the end of June this year if circumstances don't change.

    Worrying times indeed!

The word is that Chanrai won't let the club be liquidated because he is still trying to protect his loan/s. I just can't see the trust raising enough money, it's limited to 1 share per person, and any other potential buyer will be waiting for the CVA to be agreed first.

Anyway, I've just bought my Euromillions ticket - but don't expect to have any success there either.

Following Pompey is like having a regular exercise regime for the heart :emoticon-0152-heart

I doubt it somehow. I don't buy a ticket, so according to probability theory, I stand a very, very slightly smaller chance of winning than someone who has. And then SB3 has an even smaller chance of being manager that that. <laugh>
