If a Rangers' representative was at the hearing and McCoist already knew the names of the panel members, what possible motives could he have for stating in public that he wanted to know who they were?
Here's a thought, do we actually know for a fact that McCoist knew? My manager could be at a meeting and not pass on the minutes. Just saying.......
Fair enough, if that is actually the case but could McCoist not just have asked the representative who was present ... just as, presumably, you would ask your manager for the minutes if you were interested in them?
Or presumably the interviewer might have let him know..... or the producer......or the editor....or the tea boy etc.
I'll hazard a guess that you are one of the most boring people ever to have been born? An almost constant tirade of bullshit comes streaming onto the internet with every tap of your keyboard. It's truly horrific stuff.
So my question still stands ... what possible motives could McCoist have for stating in public that he wanted to know who they were when he either already knew or could find out so easily?
Who told him the bad need The press or the man he had at the meeting? If as you would expect it was the man at the meeting, did Ally only get upset once this man was out of earshot? Or was it just deliberate rabble rousing?
Ok........tears of rhage making the eyes glisten. Smacking the keys and trying to clear your thoughts as you try and structure a constructive response. Admitting defeat and pretending you're OK about it. Throwing the empty beer can across the room. Am I close?
wee hun t. Just another piece of truth Mr. Norris , said the day after reports that he had been threatened were untrue. I know that you are happy to ignore the truth to get your bigoted point of view in.
Yes they do in a round about way. They have security against craig whytes company who own rangers, rangers group fc or something like that. Therefore although whyte's name is on the deed its ticketus that are pulling the strings. They also have security in that if whytes is removed as a secured creditor then it reverts to them. You understand now, yes there not the secured creditor but they have security for there money in that they can call in the debt owed by craig whyte, who will have to liquidate the club to pay them back. http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/2012/04/23/rangers-in-crisis-ticketus-insist-they-ll-go-after-craig-whyte-for-their-money-if-cva-is-agreed-86908-23834709/ A spokesperson for Ticketus said: "In the worst-case scenario, Ticketus become a creditor in a CVA (Company Voluntary Agreement). "We wouldn't get all the money back but, whatever happens, Ticketus have protection, we have the ability to address any shortfall by going after Craig Whyte for the rest of the money." Read between the lines they're telling you that they aint worried and the reason is because you either do a deal they like or they'll force whyte to liquidate rangers and pay them back. these guys get it http://www.dothebouncy.com/home/showthread.php?44957-Ticketus-insist-they-ll-go-after-Craig-Whyte-for-their-money-if-CVA-is-agreed&p=492832
"Simon do you think it is clever to pretend to be a Celtic fan so that you can try to make comparison between Neil Lennon's comments" and there it is - some muppet thinks that if i dont agree with them i am pretending to be a celtic fan well here is one thing for you - im a celtic fan for the football only - not the religious pish (although anyone that wants to celebrate their religion at a game is fine by me - just dont denegrate others), not the glesga banter, not the hatred of our rivals (smelly though they are) and certainly not some cause that has nothing to do with me. if i can step back and look at a situation and say that i dont think mccoist was clever but that he isnt the devil im not a celtic fan?? piss off you wee prick and learn what supporting a team ACTUALLY means
and rebel thats not aimed at you - i understand your point and i agree to some extent that mccoist was out of order im just loathe to start blaming football managers for anything like this - its the road that sooooooo many mental rangers fans have gone down in justifying threats etc. against lennon and im reluctant to take one step down it
It is cool, I don't think we are a million miles away from each other on it. We agree he shouldn't have said it. We agree that he isn't directly responsible for the fall out. We differ on the extent to which McCoist is responsible for inflaming the situation. That is ok.
Dunno about any roundabout way. A judge ruled that Ticketus are a creditor like all the other creditors when he was asked for a ruling on the Ticketus deal. No preferential status.
I think you are both right..... Ticketus have no preferential status. Ticketus have a personal guarantee from Whyte. It all depends how tight the handcuffs are on Whyte.
