Up until now, I've been quite nonchalant about what should happen to Rangers in the future. Sure, I've wummed about it as much as the next Celtic fan but I've never been one for having them relegated to the 3rd division or to be wiped from the face of the earth. All I wanted was to see them suffer for a few years and get their house in order. Now? I wish they would **** off and die. Reading the above article (taken from the BBC) was the final straw for me. "the supporters will take sanctions against clubs which we deem to have been unfair to ourselves." Who the **** do these arrogant ****s think they are? They've screwed over God knows how many Scottish clubs in the past and currently owe Celtic, Hearts etc. money. I hope they are absolutely ****ing ruined and we never see their likes again.
They still don't get it. They are not capable of getting it either. It's a cultural thing. I don't understand why anyone is surprised.
What sanctions are they going to take? Boycott away games against certain clubs? I've no idea what Montrose or Brechin have done to offend them...
I'm not sure I'd go as far as you ST but I've been deeply unimpressed (to put it mildly) by the words coming out of Ibrox in recent days. This just adds to a growing list of "ugly" comments coming from official (or at least semi-official in the case of Jardine) sources.

It was always going to get very messy. Look at the state of them and most of their fans lately ffs. They don't get it and never will. Just roll with it and enjoy it.

Just seen on their clubs website again (from newsnow) 2 reports about smith saying mccoist was right to say what he said and saying I'm not sure the panel who decided the punishment understand the position rangers are in at present. So what? The punishment is the punishment for that crime. It matters not that rangers are already ****ed. It's irrelevant. Why should they get a lesser punishment? Their arrogance astounds me!!! They are being punished because of their clubs conduct also!!!! No one else's

I am not so sure I would want Rangers to die immediately because they have too many "dangerous people" in places of power and authority. They Ally McCoist who has shown what anger he can whip up and cause danger for people just doing their work. I think we need a cooling down period of say ten years, in these years people like McCoist, Jardine Goram and Greig would be given an opportunity to calm the situation and bring the evil mobs to heel. After demonstrating ten years of good behaviour, a Newco could apply for Division 3. It of course would be up to the SFL to decide if they would admit the Newco, and in the pasting of time if/when Rangers top Scottish Division 1 it would be up to the SPL to decide if they want the Newco in the SPL.
