On Saturday, Blackpool will lose at Millwall, and Brum will only manage a point at home to Champions Reading.

We will beat Palace 2-0 up there to finish in fourth spot and take on Brum in the two-legged playoff semis.

We will beat them with a fantastic display at the CCS in the second leg to pull back a first leg deficit, and go on to meet Blackpool once again in the final at Wembley.

This time we'll turn the tables on Holloway's lot and beat them by the same score that they did us two years back.

So it's 3-2 to The Famous Cardiff City at our second home, and Premier football next season.

What more can I say?

You could say " Cling, can I buy you a pint of what I'm drinking, or would you prefer something from the cat's tin?"

I would accept.

Yes, but you haven't said which you'd prefer. If you take my advice - have both. How'd you think I wrote that lot?...................<laugh>

I do admire your optimism Sparkey and I hope you are right! Personally I'll take a draw tomorrow, just as long as we get another crack at the play-offs.
Come on you Bluebirds!!!!

the players will be up for this game, knowing full well that 4th is well within reach... palace, like most teams in this division, are very beatable, and with nothing to play for i expect a win...

daz, fair comment and thats what the record book will show but in reality they were no threat in that game imo

OK, OK - so the crystal lluds may have been a bit misty the other day, and it was 2-1 and not 2-0 at Palace, but no big deal.

Brum and Blackpool didn't cooperate, so it'll be the Hammers we'll take apart in the semis - again, no big deal.

Still on for that 3-2 win at Wembley over Holloway - again no big deal.
