I'd be more bothered about this if it wasn't taking the focus away from goal-line technology and **** refereeing.
and where is the proposal for Championship clubs to re-introduce 7 subs. Div 1 and 2 can keep their 5 (or less in chaventrys case), but I fully expected a push for Championship clubs to go for the 7.
I think they're still trying to agree terms for the Championship to have different rules to the other two leagues, the Championship clubs all voted for 7 subs.
It was a stupid thing bringing the subs back down to 5. They should make a 5+2 rule where you need to have at least 2 players on your bench who are younger then say 21 or something. That way say you are 3 nil up and cruising you could bring on some younger players and that would help with their development
