Tonight's shoot out was a beaut. How much are Ronaldo and Kaka worth? When the penalty heat is on look for a German.

I reckon that the teams are well matched. Robben and Ribery are the Bayern class act but the others are well behind them. Chelsea have to win the final as there passport to next season's competition so a huge incentive for them to give it all. If they play with spirit of giving nowt away then we are due a great game.

Many of the Chelsea players are in the last chance saloon so going out in a blaze of glory should drive them up a notch or two.

For my money a game that is too close to call for a firm favourite.

Munich are favourites, home advantage and they are a better team. The last time I can remember a german team losing a penalty shoot out was in 1976. They are the coolest in those situations.

I've never checked, but how many of the Munich players who took the penalties were German?

Will we see a game of football or will it be boring Germans against a bunch of cloggers ( definitely not the beautiful game)
