    Depends how serious Beardsley is about the playing for Barca comment. If he was serious, then the only logical choice is Ben Arfa, or maybe Ba.

    If it was more tongue in cheek, then it could be Guthrie or Simpson. It could be someone like Tiote or Cabaye, but they don't strike me as having egotistical personalities.

    Heard he used to do a lot of shopping there years ago. I used to often see him in Woolworths on Clayton Street a lot of years ago. Him and his son used to just about empty the shop of the Pick and Mix confectionary. Must have sat in front of thebox all night eating sweets.

    I actually think it could be that Kath Cassidy the tea lady - bit of a dark horse on the ego stakes. "44 years of loyal service" Yeah right, just a publicity stunt to be centre of attention. Definitely her!

    That's quite surprising! Do you think its maybe a defence mechanism, he's been out for so long and not been missed, maybe its just trying to keep his confidence up? Always seemed like a decent lad in interviews
