I don't believe this, this is unacceptable by facebook, they should close it down, we lost alot of players on that fateful day.

small minority?? its always the same rubbish...for years and years...and its safer to tarnish them all..at least then you cover all you bases....instead of leaving yourself vunerable to such distasteful behaviour.....and it would be a stepping stone if the club(s) these fans claim to follow..disown them and belittle thier narrow minds..however i doubt that anything will be done.

 

Well said dude, i am a red but was dissappointed with the opinion of the OP`s reaction to Chelsea going through last night. All clubs have fans that can come out with comments that are cringeworthy at times.
Win or lose i am all for a bit of banter with rival fans but some take a step too far.

 

Im not that bothered as all they are looking for is attention, which is exactly what people are giving them, sad. I would rather them just be set on fire

 

Disappointing stuff.

I hate social media, ridiculous rules and policies. My Mrs has a load of her pictures stolen off facebook by someone who used them as their own. This person had a forum, twitter account and facebook page but non of them could be removed because they were not breaking any rules. Apparently ID theft isn't illegal.

 

why on earth would someone rob your misses photos and use them as their own? Have you asked this person why they are using your misses photos.

I do agree that these social networks have stupid rules and it's shocking how much info they have of users.

 

The page has been deleted as someone apparently leaked the account details of the 2 ****s who made the page.

Hang on a minute - Wasn't it a Manchester United fanzine that printed a front page piss taking the Muamba incident when he collapsed - Lads you need to have a look closer to home! One of your guys has a signature that states "Liverpool, angered by everything, embarrased by nothing" or words to that effect - You lot are making his signature look stupid.

Football doesn't have any place for the mockery of death or seriously injured people and as a whole we should stamp it out completely. Not laugh until it's brought to our door!

Most United fans did say that the fanzine was a bad move ( although it gave them the desired effect as you're still talking about it now ) , I didn't hear one United fan who said the fanzine was ok so I'm not sure what you're getting at.

The fanzine was more taking the piss out of the use of modern technology and all this 'its cool to be seen to be symapathetic' with such cases - which is absolutely bang on - it just lacked class the way they went about it.

 

So because it was a piss take it was OK! That's what you are saying right? Just want to confirm that is what you are saying because that is what the bigots who set the FB page up will claim as well "It was just a bit of fun, we were just having a laugh!" Yeah like all the Manc fans who were singing oin the anniversary of Hillsborough and all the Chelsea fans who were clapping and jeering during the minutes silence on the same day.

WRONG! It is not a bit of fun, it doesn't poke fun at the media sites it states what kind of people you are for even laughing at such a thing. If you want to take the moral high ground, you have to do it all the time not just when someone says soething about you are yours! Tha fanzine should never have published anything of that nature even if it was 'In jest!' and the clubshould have distanced itself from it as veheremently as possible. But this didn't happen because like you lot, they were probably sniggering behind closed doors!

As for Swarbs money, no I haven't paid it anymore than he would if the bet was going in my favour - Jog on hypocrites!

Where did I say it was ok or that I or anyone else laughed at it. I actually said it was a bad move, lacked class and NOBODY says it was ok.

Have a minute as you're starting to make yourself look silly by reading into things what you want to read rather than what's actually infront of you.

 

It was your phrase "It was bang on!" Alright then, if it was so bang on, maybet the FB page was as well!
