You would describe the likes of Messi, Ronaldo, Rooney, Drogba, Torres, Villa, Xavi, Iniesta as world class players (some of them haven't had a great season but they're still quality) In the whole ã800million squad only Tevez could be put into that class. Mancini has totally wasted a massive amount of that money. Like said above I wouldn't have Lescott or Barry in our first team yet they cost near ã40million compared to our equivalent, Cattermole and Bramble costing around ã7million. Man city are doing well because they can't possibly fail with the players they have. However I just think another manager with some brains could have won the league for them aswell rather than buying overpaid dross. I always try to go into a game positive so a nice solid draw would do me fine. A win would be immense though. Then roll on the 7 game half decent run in!!
Nothing ã800,000,000 wouldn't sort like. We probably need to be patient.All the best teams combine quality with stability.Four more Years of steady improvement and sucession/recession will be all ours.
