To survive at Barca with 10 men deserves respect! I'm glad they made it, was fed up with all the Barca/Messi brownnosing. I just hope that Real whoop Bayern tomorrow and Jose give Chelsea a lesson. One thing I don't get is: Chelsea played Barca twice and us, the mighty Arsenal, within 6 days, the opponent hit the woodwork twice in each game!! Where do they get this luck from? If it was us, we would probably hit the woodwork 6 times in three huge, huge games....

Yes barca are quality. But I think this year they are alot worse. Why? Well I think they are unbalanced and puyol and xavi have declined alot. Last year there is no way xavi wouldnt just sluaghter ten men on that pitch. I am shocked but he just doesnt seem to have it at the moment. Maybe he is past it i dont know. I expect to see him zipping it around and he really didnt. At the end of the day barca arent going to even win their own title this year. That is a league and not a cup. So you can hardly say they are the best can you.

Exactly, which is why you were knocked out and will get knocked out if you continue to play them at their own game. They have one style of football and we contained it beautifully. Not to mention being 2-0 down with 10 men at one point.
I fancy Bayern to win it - Gomez is on absolute fire this season, they have two of the best wingers in the world and they would be at home for the final.
Real are better. Bayern arent even going to win their league. They have been consistantly poor except for the start of the year. Like Barca they are not having good seasons and their teams are that great. real on the other hand are going to win their title so you have to say they are favourites.
right, couldn't be bothered to read all of that but i noticed a few remarks slagging off chelsea. there are only really 2 ways to play barcelona. park the bus or meet them toe-to-toe. the second option is only viable if your players are technically good enough to keep the ball and fit enough to chase down barcelona at the back. chelsea's players obviously weren't, and so i applaud them for stopping barcelona by parking the bus, no mean feat.
