I'm over the moon that Chelsea won! Defending is just as important in football as attacking and passing, people tend to forget that.
Yeah Chelsea got lucky, but fair play to Torres - kept his composure right when he needed to. Ramires was absolutely superb over both legs too <ok>

****ing right geezer, JT is **** and comes from a **** family and he'd be inside himself if it wasn't for football, scumbag druggy family and a **** for a brother who we all know what he did to a so-called team mate at Rushen & Diamonds - sleeping with his missus then the geezer topped himself so yeah what a lovely family <doh>

I won't cheer for a club that has sold its soul like they have even if it means cheering for krauts <doh> but I will if Bayern get through and who knows perhaps its fate for them to win it in their own stadium <ok>

John Terry is suspended for the final, so I can't say I really hold my disdain for him in any regard for Chelsea in the final.

Again, I agree. The John Terry and Ashley Cole factor is my main issue, I could seriously hurt them both and feel no remorse.

Like I said earlier on the saints board before the game tonight, I'd genuinely really would like to cheer for the English team but I just can't and the fact I was Spanish tonight spoke volumes about how I felt <doh>

It's pretty **** I hate Scum and Chelsea with a passion, Arsenal I can cope with, so the majority of time I'm Spanish, German even Italian (cringe!!) when the Champions League is on.

Morning all. Reading between the lines here, I get the hint that not everyone is too enammered that Chelski will be representing England in the final of Europe's top club tournament. Would I be correct in this estimation?

    Heyho!!!

Am I the only person that actually wants Chelski to win it? I hate chelsea quite passionately but in europe I want all english teams to do well (except for the scum) to show that English football is still the best in the world. Hate Bayern even more passionately though

Nah I'm with you, definitely want Chelsea to win it!
That said, I've never really had a problem with Chelsea...

Josh, I still think La Liga is the best league in the world regardless of last night's result. Look at ***regas, he was one of the top five players in the PL but looks pretty ordinary in Spain. The Spanish league has more strength in depth, Atletico Madrid would probably finish top three here, they're only mid table in Spain.
Also you can't really say Chelsea are flying the flag for English football, bankrolled by Russian Roubles and with hardly any English players.
If they'd built their team from scratch like Atletico using mainly homegrown players then I'd look at it differently.

This is a timeless debate and I'd have to agree with you at the moment but even 2 or 3 years ago I think the PL was better. The bottom half of the spanish league is nowhere near as good as the PL IMO but the top half is pretty similar with Barca and Real Madrid far ahead. I don't think Atletico would finish top 3 in england though.

And your second point is why I hate Chelski, or rather more Abromovich
