<peacedove>I can see a very good game tomorrow night at Nou camp:Barcelona are a very good team but they are not invincible.
Last Saturday Real Madrid defeated them on thier own ground and seems to have conceded the title to Real Madrid.
If Chelsea can keep a clean sheet they stand a chance of going through to the final.
Di Matteo can write his name in gold in Chelsea's history by winning the champion league, but, first have to overcome Barcelona
    tomorrow night.Goodluck Chelsea.
    My prediction: Barcelona 2:1 Chelsea.<ok>

"If Chelsea can keep a clean sheet they stand a chance of going through to the final."

If Chelsea keep a clean sheet they ARE in the final! :)

I can see Barca winning comfortably though tbh. They had 70 odd percent possession and 20 odd shots in the 1st leg - normally that's enough (although there is always the WBA syndrome!)

I reckon it will be a long night for Chelsea unless they score - then it will be interesting.

I'm torn who to support really - I normally want any UK club to do well in Europe (except MUFC) but after idiot Chelsea fans at the semi final abusing the minutes silence and the final coming up I think I want Barca to win (in a very hard physical game!)

^ It was a very small mindless minority who done that and it was condemned by the other Chelsea fans who were there, including myself along with all the Chelsea fans on here.

I think we will lose and probably go out and everything on paper suggest so. The ironic thing is though that history between us and Barcelona as well and Spanish sides in general the only thing on our side ;)

I think it will go one of two ways. Either we will get absolutely tonked or very narrowly go through.

Screw Chelsea. I want the CL to be something Roman and his corrup money NEVER buys. I like Di Matteo and Chelsea pre-Roman, but can't support anything they've done since.

If they beat Barca tonight, will they beat Real or Bayern in the final anyway?
Going for 3-1 Barca. They'll just edge it, like against Arsenal last year.

Fernando Torress believes Chelsea can beat barcelona.http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/17823025
Fernando Torres: Chelsea strength can defeat Barcelona
Chelsea striker Fernando Torres believes the London club's battling qualities can help overcome Barcelona in their Champions League semi-final.

Chelsea hold a 1-0 first leg advantage going into the return tie at the Nou Camp on Tuesday.

"It is clear that Barcelona are a step ahead of all other clubs," Torres told Uefa's website.

"They have reached the last five semi-finals. But this is football: the best team doesn't always win."

Torres has highlighted the influence of Spain team-mates Xavi and Andres Iniesta for Barcelona and says that Chelsea cannot get drawn into a game in which they are chasing the ball against a side renowned for their passing ability.

"Xavi and Iniesta are players who dictate the rhythm of the game," added Torres. "When you play against them, you need to know that they are guiding the game.

"Many teams who play Barcelona think that you have to steal the ball from them, but I don't think that's possible.

"You have to use different weapons against them. If you want to steal the ball, you won't manage it and you'll get tired, and then create more space for your opponent."

Barcelona have not won a Champions League tie the three times they have trailed from the first leg and Chelsea coach Roberto di Matteo insists his side will be trying to score and not just try to protect their slender lead.

Meanwhile, Chelsea keeper Petr Cech hopes Turkish referee Cuneyt Cakir does not add to controversies involving officials which have dogged games between the two sides.

"The referee can be a big part of the game. You could see that in the past," said Cech. "There were great games between us and Barcelona but there was controversy, which was a shame, overshadowing the great games on the pitch.

"We have an experienced Turkish referee [for the game]. If you have an experience of refereeing Galatasaray and Fenerbahce in the Turkish league, a game between Chelsea and Barcelona should be fine.

"The referee will have the same professional approach as we had in the first game, which was without controversy."

I know what you are saying, but after losing to Real and probably losing the title in the process at Nou camp, I can't see them letting this slip away as well. But, you never know, that loss might have had the opposite effect and just sunk the players.

    Should be good.

Really and if a load of Chelsea fans die tonight due to crowd problems/authority neglect will you still think Davidako's stance is "childish"?

Ach, I've put money on them but I'd go for them anyway because I'm sick of the hype surrounding the "gods" of Barca.

I'll not hold a club accountable for its morons unless they somehow defend them. Our club didn't and neither does theirs

Do I like how Chelsea have approached football business wise. No but again thats not the fans fault.

For example: Drogs; when did start supporting Chelsea?

Should the fans that supported them before the money came run around with scarves saying we support Chelsea in spite of our recent success? For one it would be a long scarf & secondly it's not very catchy!

The only thing Id advise the Chelsea fans is stop waving those bloody flags, wave your bloody scarves if you can't be arsed making your own banners.:D

I like watching Barcelona play, but I'll always support English teams in Europe. Sincerely hope they win. Good luck to them ... they might need it. <ok>
