It will be announced on sky sometime after tonights game @ Leicester City. Are the BBC 100% doing a game on saturday though ?
If West Ham win tonight I expect it will be our game against them and Southampton against Coventry on the tele which is good for me cos i'm skint and cant afford to get to Upton Park
Equal chance of Middlesbrough's game being shown as they can still finish 6th. But yes, games will be announced either tonight or tomorrow, BBC get first choice, then Sky.
IF West Ham Win tonight then I agree our game will be on BBC as they love the Hammers. Sky would then do Southampton v. Coventry and also the Cardiff and Middlesboro games. One would be on the Red Button i assume. Sky will cover all options as normal.
Not quite. BBC only have one game contractually left. As do Sky. Only two games will be shown next weekend. If West Ham win tonight, I reckon it'll be: BBC - Southampton v Coventry Sky - West Ham v Hull If West Ham don't win, then: BBC - Crystal Palace v Cardiff Sky - Watford v Middlesbrough I'm basing this on the "first pick" normally being the game with the team in pole position for whatever the prize is -- so Southampton would still be 2nd, and so, in theory, most likely to go up; similarly, Cardiff are in 6th so again, are most likely to get the play-off place.
I would like Sky/BBC to do a live football first. Obviously if it was the Championship they would have to choose choose, but i think it would be a good idea
Simon Thomas presenting Leicester Vs West Ham seemed to suggest they were showing us. He was hyping the Southampton Vs Coventry match before moving onto West Ham Vs us and then he said "we will be there". But the graphic only said 'Championship Final Day Game' which seemed to stump Simon a little bit since I guess it's not official yet.
Ideally we'll be on BBC - wonder who the pundits will be, as technically they need one from each camp - Sir Trevor probably for "The World's Best Team In The History Of Time" as some in the media seem to regard them, but who will they get for us - if they want to at least imply the illusion they are non biased. And before anyone has a go at it's only Hull fans complaining about media bias - few weeks ago Radio 5 did lunchtime game with Spurs and forget the other team and the former player they got in to be alongside the match commentators was so biased towards the other team.
Did also think Dean Windass. Considering Brown did work with Big Sam, that option seems more likely and as we've all got to praise the brilliance of West Ham and their owners, fans, and manager (unless you're West Ham fans complaining about the style of play) as they win the game in style against those lowly ruffians from above the Watford Gap (in fact will we even mention the quality of some of Hull players or not).
If it's Beeb you might get Brown (or possibly Kilbane?), or maybe Danny Mills. If it's Sky you might get Deano or Dowie.
Hope it's not Danny Mills, can't stand him. Got lucky this month as got a SkyGo ticket for the month, pays for itself if we are on Sky this weekend.
shame its on Sky and not BBC... West Ham United v Hull City - Saturday 28th April, KO 12.30pm LIVE ON SKY SPORTS from the official facebook page.
