Like a lamb to the slaughter the poor ****er. The two worst world class managers with the lowest nett spend who aren't responsible for the **** players they buy are of course Benitez and Dalglish. Both utterly gash.
Sir Alex All down to luck, every game. And large brown envelopes stuffed with cash. Oh and an army of the undead, cant forget that, the deciding factor in the 1996 FA Cup final after all.
Tony Adams, Souness, Grant to name a few but the one I've always thought was absolute dog ****e was Paul Jewell!
Calling Kenny a manager is an insult to real managers. He's a glorified coach and a very poor one at that.
Paul Ince? Took over a team that had finished 7th the previous season and in mere months turned them into prime relegation candidates. Most of the others mentioned here don't even come close to that.
That's my point. His way of adapting a team and adapting to a league was shocking. Any good manager would have looked at the team and played to it's strengths. He literally played to their weaknesses.
Yeah, in hindsight for me it has to be AVB, he was utterly ****. So much money wasted on such little end product. Special mention to Santini and Christian Gross, two Tottingham specials.
So??? He should have won more given the money, time and the fact that he is rated so so highly by the murderers
