Members.... Can I ask you all who have access to BBC606 ... Can you all post a thread advertising / inviting all League One Fans to NOT606. (Can you all pick a team each or communicate on this thread of who have posted too to save dupilicating) To help you could copy this or create something else if you want???: We trying to start a major advertise campaign to get as many on here as poss before other forums nab those 606 members! I appreciate some wont budge til D-Day : but anything you all can do to spread the word on BBC606 about NOT606 we all would be grateful!
I saw someone tried to do this on BBC 606 the other day... I clicked on the article to see what it said and it was being Modded!!
Yh it is - but we need people to know about not606. As BBC606 is closing... Other sites will be doin the same soon so we can beat them to it and get more interest now!

To be honest guys your better bet is to bring the forum into a conversation rather than advertising. Just remember to actually talk about the subject of the thread so they cannot get you that way . Then casually turn the conversation about the site. That way you shouldn't fall foul of the mods.......
I have just changed my moniker on 606 to devonFRATTONiser USE NOT606 WHEN 606 CLOSES. (you cant put a . in your name so can't write the actual site name . It hasn't changed yet though - I'm just waiting now for the email from the mods saying the name is unsuitable Perhaps those with 606 accounts should do likewise with their monikers
I've been doing it mate, some knobhead kept commenting telling me to 'Go away' and said '606 forever'. But so far I've done Brighton, Bournemouth, Brentford, Oldham and Huddersfield but the Hudders lot all seem to be on the ****ty New606 site. I bet a few have been closed on 606, if they are closing it soon why should they even care?
Good Idea.....have done the same.... Still waiting with bated breadth.......I wonder. I doubt if they will let mine go as they have warned me twice already about advertising the site. Then someone complained that I was off topic in another thread but they didn't go along with that as 90 percent of my reply was to the thread and just a passing comment about not 606. I will be very surprised if we get away with it.........
