    Just had a look at the findings and that is not true.
    The fines are the maximum, but the sanctions are not.

    Under the circumstances, I think Rangers have been dealt with extremely leniently.

    That is one mystery solved. I thought Whytey would be driving the ship of Zombiehuns but he hasn't a notion of doing that. He's going to keep Murray Park and Ibrox and make some other **** pay him for the privilege.
