I'll have him for £15m. Spurs had their chance to make big money for someone who was worth nowhere near that amount. That chance has now gone.
I'd take 40m for him right now. Alongside Thud they he was class, but with Parker he has too much to do. Not enough assists or goals when you compare him to Arteta, Song, Scholes, Mata, Silva etc.
there are only two people who this thread should concern ra and Levy,if leavy were to let him go and ra wanted him then he'd have to pay the stated price which would be 40 million,overwise no sale
it doesnt matter what you think hes worth..its what the selling club thinks he is worth..so you can give us 40 mill plus...and in a season or so you can sell him for less than 20 million...just as you value him
I think you will find that reading the views on this great forum is that we don't particularly want him and certainly not for the stupid price your spiv put on him in August. Modric has had an indifferent season, going missing in most of Spuds big games and he's assist record is very poor. Personally I wouldn't have him now and we were so lucky we never wasted more money on a unloyal mercenary.
im not saying you should buy him..i merely addressed the ridiculous price suggestions...as for the way he has performed..i wont argue with that..however...when it comes to selling him..Roman will be intrested and 40 million wont be too far off.
Doesn't matter what Roman's views are. I'm giving mine and they would be that I wouldn't pay any more than £15m for him. Last summer I was willing to offer up to £25m, now it's gone down.
Cut that 15m in arf an id still struggle see why we'd buy him, like i said earlier trade Kalou,Malouda or Mikel for him an that would be a fair trade imo
Modric is tops £25 mil, Bale is tops £15 mil (though Spuds would obviously demand £60 ), VDV is £10 mil, Walker £10 mil. Modric is the only one close to being worth the money anyway, but I don't really want him. He bottles big games. We need to look elsewhere from Spurs If we are going to sign a creative midfielder tbh.
Id agree with this. The £40 mil pricetag that was floating around was crazy. To be honest I think 15-20 mil is a sensible price for a player with skill that lacks a pair of bollocks and any real desire. He goes missing in games SO often and FAR too easily, I really don't get the hype.
