Quite a few can make this list. Here's my take based on all teams. I find any squad not in the top 6 gets overlooked ability-wise.

    Arsenal: Koscielny, Arteta.
Aston Villa: Erm... They've massively underachieved considering their team so I've not included anyone. Feel free to correct.
    Blackburn: Hoilett, Yakubu.
Bolton: Hmm... I like that Miyachi lad ;)
    Chelsea: Ramires, Ivanovic.
Everton: Pienaar, Baines (or is he already popular enough?)
Fulham: Dempsey, Hangeland and I still think Murphy is a good player.
    Liverpool: Enrique.
Citeh: Pfft, all quality. All mercenaries.
    United: Evans.
Newcastle: Where to start... Cabaye, Ben Arfa, Cisse, Colocinni (Taylor when healthy), Ba (though he's got his love-in).
    Norwich: Holt, Pilkington maybe.
QPR: Hard to say, they've had so many players I get confused.
Stoke: Don't count rugby teams in this. Alright... Huth.
    Swansea: Rangel, Sinclair and Graham.
Spurs: Kaboul. I rate and like Walker/Parker and a few more but they've been rimmed enough (not on this forum admittedly!).
West Brom: Erm, don't really know their squad that well.
    Wigan: Al Habsi, Moses.
    Wolves: Fletcher.

Song - he was called non league standard.
Walcott - george graham said we should sell him.
Ramsey - worked hard all season, despite the crticism.

Loads of those players aren't underrated really as the media always raves on about most of that Newcastle lot (rightly so). Hoilett's also getting a lot of praise, as are the Fulham lot. Holt's more overrated as he isn't that great. But the rest are all pretty good :). I think a lot of our players have been underrated and have really come through this season.

Realised I'd missed Sunderland! Sessegnon, as pointed out, has had a standout season though I think Larsson has done exceedingly well for a freebie.

And yes (GoonerRVP), I know they're good players, they just seem to not get the praise your Rooney's, Valencias, Mata, RVP and co do.

Coloccini should be there. I know he's been in TOTY but you don't here his name shouted around like Koscielny, Kompany and Skrtle

Larsson's been quality for Sunderland since Martin O'Neill's arrived, really impressed with him and definitely deserves more praise :).

Gareth Bale is underrated I think you will all agree that he is the best left sided player in the universe at the moment.
