So have started again, AGAIN!

This is the third time now...

Currently in January of first season, joint top with Reading (believe it or not).

Have signed Zaha, Clyne and some Italian defender called Prestia whose potential 5 star!

I would thoroughly recommend buying Zaha!

 

What positions can he play on fm12? Zaha that is

I play him as a winger and he has 9 goals and 15 assists!

 

Nice.. quick question where is lallanas best posit? AMC or AML?

My new season is coming closer now, nearly in pre season, got Soton first game for the friendly's, I have had to let a few good players go due to the finances and also the players I had on loan with a view of signing have had to go back to their clubs, so no Fierro next season.

 

Paid £7m for Zaha.

Very cheap for what he is, and five star potential!

 

You can get him for less than £7m but he's easily worth that

 

I would never pay 7 million for Zaha, I paid a lot less when I did have him, but at the time he had gone down hill a bit.

 

He is phenomenal!

Just finished my first season.

Apparently the board aren't happy because I said we would win the title, and came second by 3 points...

Lambert finished top goal scorer.

Lallana finished Championship player of the year.

About to enter the summer window and Hoilett is a target to add competition.

Also have signed Fierro (Mexico, ST) on a pre contract last summer so will be joining my team within the next few months...

 

I have been looking for ages for new young players, takes so long, been on there 4 hours and have only gone through 3 weeks.

 

I have 3 players with 5 star potential that have just been signed up to the under 18s!

 

Now that I am a top team in the Premiership I can't find any players who are shown as 5 star to me, I just got one that is 4 and a half star and to make it even better he is English.

 

You do realise that they will very rarely get close to 4 stars let alone 5. Your coach probably has "Judging player potential" of about 12 so its very very rarely accurate

My coaches are accurate which is good, most of the scouts have at least 18 judging potential.

 

Man United nicked my amazing youth coach, had 19/20 for JA/JP.

Nemanja Vidic is my new 'head of youth development'.

 

Mine is Senderos and Steve Mildenhall, I also have Danny Kedwell, Darren Ward and Ian Cathro. I have many other coaches and scouts, I have a massive amount of staff at the club which do a good job.
I did have Michael Owen but Arsenal stole him and I had another old youth coach who done great, he was an ex Sunderland manager as a care taker a few years ago can't remember his name though.

 

Started a new save to keep me occupied. Ludogorets in Bulgaria, let's see how this goes.
