Don't forget we still have Alonso, Hamilton and Rosberg all to be investigated after the race for their respective overtakes.
On RTL Schumi harshly criticizing Formula Pirelli. He said that they have to drive with 60-70% sometimes to avoid tyre wear. I agree with him actually. Now Rosberg agrees too on RTL on that (he called it "its like driving on ice nowadays").
He's had two years to get used to them and everyone else is in the same boat. The tyres are deliberately less durable to prevent a repeat of Bahrain 2010, they're going to vary from race to race for obvious reasons but on the whole Pirelli get it right with regards to allowing a variety of strategy. (Not so much the last two races with the impossibility of a two-stopper.)
So united blow it and Jenson DNFs. I may need some tissues. WTF was wrong with McLaren this race. Total shocker.
I think the 2012 tyres are far worse than 2011. Why can't Pirelli figure out how to produce more track grip due to "rubbering in" instead of marbles?
