Well nationalisation certainly doesn't work. Profit = success. ****e service = no profit = failure. The NHS is THE biggest employer in this country The NHS makes none of the money it spends on all of the waste that I've pointed out previously. I'm telling you, the amount of money that they waste is frightening.

No it's not what I'm looking for hash. The NHS is a waste of public money, taxpayers(not me) money. It's corrupt as ****. This is a true story. We were invited to tender for a project in the Glasgow Royal Infirmary. It involved the refurb of 3 wards. We got the spec from the Consultant, in the spec was a named list of sub-contractors that you had to use, one of these subcontracotrs was a company that specialise in BMS (Building Management Systems) that basically control the temperature, air change rates etc. So we went to them for a price and it came back at north of ã200k, we were like FFS. Anyway, we never won the job, but a good friend of mine did. We were talking about the BMS price and he told me that he had his own reservations too, and got a check price from another BMS specialist for the same works. It came back at ã80k! It turned out that the M&E consultant was getting ã30k for every time he put them on the named list, and the Hospital mangement frim were also involved too. My good friend went onto win another ã3m+ worth of refurb works within the hospital and it was the same every single time. Corrupt ****s. Next you have the NHS Scotland precurement office at Canderside Toll in South Lanarkshire, turns out that the "buyers" are paying top dollar for drugs where private firms are paying nearly 40% less than their publically owned counterparts. More waste. And for what!! **** service, **** food, **** nurses and **** doctors. Do any of you ****s actually read anything about the NHS. Foriegn doctors getting paid ã100,000+ and flying over here and killing ****s.(accidently) It's a ****ing shambles, from top to bottom. The NHS was originally a very good idea, but it's grown out of control and it's time for the dismanteling of it then privatise the ****er.
