Yep Alex McCleish, an absolute ****ing fraud of a Premier League manager, is still picking up the pieces after MON had the bare faced cheek to build a quality side that finished in the top 6 every season, and briefly flirted with the top 4. I know he's not quoted as blaming MON, but he's deflecting it that way, forgetting to mention that in contrast to the players MON signed and their wages, they also sold off crown jewels like Milner, Barry, Downing & Young for massive profits. McCleish is a ****ing dickhead, and I pray he becomes the first manager so abysmally bad that he relegates 2 clubs never considered relegation canditates from the same city in consecutive seasons, a feat unlikely to ever be achieved again. After watching Villa last week, the young lads looked scared, it was Old Trafford though, Lichaj looks a canny prospect. We are better than them though, I am sure of that, and Sess on his game can tear them a new back trap. I fancy Bardo to get a goal for the second season in a row at there **** tip of a stadium, and a 2-1 to the lads.
Brothers at odds. Craig Gardner insists he won't let sibling rivalry prove a distraction ahead of a key clash with Aston Villa this weekend. Sunderland head to the Midlands on Saturday to take on a Villa side featuring Gardner's brother, Gary. Gardner junior is making a sizeable impression at Villa Park while his big brother has been a mainstay under Martin O'Neill on Wearside. .................................................

not to happy with Bridge being left on the bench and (as it looks likely) Bardsley getting shifted to left back
It's good to see Colback back in midfield...he has played well in defence, but I feel that central midfield is his best position.
