Well it's just that some players can get upset that there is too much competition for one place. Then Fabregas could also get upset if you sign him and don't play him often enough.

I've been trying to sign only professional players, so on the rare occasions that they do have a moan, I can tell them aggressively that they're being unprofessional and they apologise and get back in line. Also less professional players have a tendency to tell the rest of their squad why they're upset. Professionals always say something like "this discussion doesn't have to leave this office". High morale over here
