No they werent. They were not involved in the race until right at the end when we were all but champions. They finished where they did because everyone else seemed to have a terrible end to the season bar United.
I seem to remember they were in it until we beat them at Old Trafford last year ( correct me if i'm wrong ).
I am a little high so I could be wrong here but I am sure City were not involved in last seasons title race. This is the first season they have offered a genuine challenge.
