He was a little better on Tuesday though. His decision making seemed better.

On tuesday Chaplow displayed his old levels of fitness and determination, working back brilliantly and getting forward into good positions. Sometimes his touch makes him look woeful but he still does an important job, especially away. Would like him playing tomorrow...

Glad to hear it. Still has an awful touch and his passing is often piss-poor.

Difficult to disagree but his energy is often useful.

Boro's morale will be very low after 1 win in 10. Ours will be sky high so I think we can do this. "We're (nearly) Premier League, we're (nearly) Premier Leagueeeeee, we are Southampton we're (nearly) Premier League"

Arghhh! Can't celebrate after the game after falling of my bike and getting whiplash, not allowed to move my head. Will be watching in a very uncomfortable position from my laptop. Gutted!

But if any of Brum, Blackpool or Cardiff leave the door ajar at 5pm today, surely that would give them a boost? At the very least, it would be a little shot in arm. They'd have little to lose, but a lot to gain, by then going out and trying to beat us.

On the flip side though, if Brum, Blackpool and Cardiff have all closed the door, then I half expect Boro to roll over.

I would prefer at least one of the others lost, obviously middlesborough haven't responded well to the pressure over the past 10 games or so, so would rather nothing changed in that respect. As soon as they were out of it last year they found form and thrashed Cardiff something like 3-1.

BTW I'll be watching in a pub in Cardiff, may have some unlikely allies in the Bluebirds should they loose now.

And such a similar username :)

I live in Old St Mellons, but heading into town for the game. Gonna go in early and find somewhere without ESPN, so they can't show the Spurs game. Walkabout is a last resort.

    How about you?

Cardiff drew 1-1 with Leeds. So Boro know that they still have a chance of play-offs. I'm sure they will be up for it, but so long as we stay calm and dictate the game I'm hopeful that we can still come away with the 3 points (fingers crossed).
