Yeah, i think it was down to a combination of the sparkly bath, Russell Howard, Eastenders and then NCIS. Oh, and a 10min nap in the middle.

Morning all from an overcast rock - problem is, it's got cloudier as the morning has gone on and the cloud has got darker. Half day at work, then lunch at home, collect my bag and off to the airport. Picking up the app on my iPod depends where I am (I very rarely take my laptop anywhere off the island except relatives houses) so if I'm about this evening, I'll see those of you who are going tomorrow there - the rest of you have a good weekend. Ak, thanks in advance for the tea and I'll have mine at work.

Morning all from a bright & sunny West West London after a damp cold start in bandit country. Been a busy hornet this morning - more photo's printed off for the parties next week, just another 100 to do!...and I managed to get some tickets to see Mumford & Son in May. A real nervous 10 mins before I mananged to make the payment and received the email tickets - cannot wait!
Looking forward to tomorrow and seeing some fellow Horns again.....

Morning All, Bright and breezy here at present, but the forecast is for showers this afternoon.:( Yesterday we had thunder, lightening, hail as well as rain, I really just don't know what is happening to the weather. <yikes>

It seems strange, but nearly everyone I know who goes to the UK from here develops a cold on their return. I have one now and I am fed up with it all ready. Still some of ak's coffee and fresh air might help to move it.;) Mme is planning a trip out to garden centres today. Three different ones spread over what seems like half of France, so at least we might get some lunch and medicinal wine while we are out. <cool>

When the FPP arrives the richer clubs will find another way of limiting the smaller ones. Perhaps a minimum stadium capacity fr Premiership access or Premiership clubs have to play at home in cup matches against teams from lower divisions.

Does anyone know what our wage % of turnover is? Must still be pretty high as I can't see us bringing in a lot of money! It just means people with a higher turnover can spend a lot more on more wages, so bigger clubs that have the higher support can still spend much more than us on wages. I'd rather see a set wage cap. Maybe something like £10m a season....
