I dont know what is the more worrying, finding out KJ is actually Katie price or the fact Aswan and Dragon are stalking Brenden rodger's Daughter !! <laugh>

One thing i do know is that Daiswan is going to win "quote of the year" for the 3rd/4th year running !! <laugh>

    PS

Maybe Brenden is spending money on his house because he will be looking for a quick sale in the summer... <whistle>

DPJ- Did he say anything about the club having to kick him out the door ?? or was that someone else... <laugh>

Never say never in football but i cant really see him going or Spurs taking a chance on him. He may well be using this to turn the screws on the board to push the boat out for siggy, this i think would be more accurate. Remember he did exactly the same when his contract was being done, alot of speculation, nothing mentioned " the clubs ambition must align with my own " quote etc.
Then all of a sudden after no news on anything the club announce his contract then also announce the fairwood complex around the same time. I beleive sometimes a manager has to fight for everything he gets this applies more at our club than most, everybody uses a bit of "divide and rule" to get what they want, there are plenty of people high up in the club that are prepared to be ambitous, some more than others,so the odd mind game doesnt hurt if it means you give the board food for thought :)

Funny , we got less notice when Sousa left as we got when Martinez left but Roberto takes the brunt of critizism ... double standards it seems !

Cracker, a lot of people tend to forget these things.

Dai, do you take great pleasure in the fact that you may be right come the end of the season? Most fans would just say "Buck may leave", but you are posting all this "He has gone, you'll have egg on your face" seems to me likeyou want him to go!!!

    He's going nowhere.

Well as you haven't given any reason for me being totally wrong, I think you will have to leave it there at we don't have a right to know what is happening at the club concerning the manager, until something comes in the pipeline which by the way you have nothing apart from the low cost vermin press have printed in their papers. They have caught you big time!

Dai has a history of getting caught up in these things and believing everything in the press then shouting it from the rooftops. I notice his last post includes "me, I don't know", and that's just it - we don't. Seems to me you either look at logical, established reasons why he won't go (just signed a contract, loves it here, inexperienced for a big club just yet) against press speculation (made up to sell papers, usually).

Nobody can say it won't happen but I'm willing to bet my next boob job it won't.

Latest odds on the Spurs job as follows:-

    Brendan Rodgers 6/4

    Jurgen Klinsmann 100/30

    David Moyes 7/2

    Jose Mourinho 8/1

    Robert Martinez 10/1

    Guss Hiddink 14/1

So Buck is still the bookies' favourite although I fancy Jurgen Klinsmann might be far more acceptable to the Spurs' fans given his history with them and his far greater experience. Actually, he would be my choice seeing as Hiddink is very unlikely to move.

Moyes, mourinhom, martinez and hiddink i cant see them leaving their clubs....i dont know about klinsmann but i hope its him, and with brendan the bookies favorite then brendan needs to say something about it, if he is not interested then inform spurs he is not interested and take him off the list......while he leaves things as they are then i think he is almost certain to be interested and huw is not slow in coming forward when something involves the club either, but nothing is being said by him and i find that very odd......

What list? Harry is still spurs manager, there is no need for Brendan to say anything on speculation, the bookies are only going on what money has been put on certain people becoming manager, the more money the shorter the odds.

I won't lose any sleep over what Rodgers does , I never do in win - win situations . The team has played pretty well under 3 managers ( granted , they were held back a bit by Paulo ) & I'm sure they will play well under a 4th if need be , especially with an extra 5 million to play with . Best if Buck stays , hardly depressing if he leaves .

Tend to agree with that, Breezy, so long as we are; A) paid sufficient compensation and B) given enough time to sort out our affairs.

However, I would prefer that he stayed purely because continuity would be far better for us in what could be the most important season in our history. If we can manage to consolidate our position in the PL next season, I believe we could be there for years to come.

Said it before, £5m is paltry at this level. His real value is much much higher to us.

I therefore disagree and think it would be very depressing if he goes. Jenkins must be thinking 'Here we go again. When are we going to get some bloody continuity at this Club?' <doh>

We and the others get this every year from the media, now we look safe nice and early the silly season has started with speculation without foundation from them as usual .

What will be will be and any upheaval needs sorting sooner rather than later for us to be prepared for our second term.

I wonder who our signing of the season will be next year ?
