Morning Cosmic I would like to see White have an extended run as LB. Think its his best position & he would improve. Maybe move Robinson into the centre if hes staying on?
Morning Bucks, morning everyone else. No issue for me if Smith came back. Doubt he would though, given some of the neanderthal approaches taken by various so caled supporters. Regreless of which scum club he went to, he clearly didn't want to leave us but was in no position to be able to turn down such a move. He apparently even gave us his part of the transfer fee. So if he's able to stay fit & still has the same battling qualities he showed at the barcodes, then so be it. As to Lonners or Kenny, Lonners for me everytime. He has the advantage of being younger & therefore still able to develop further. On Messi coming, that'll be Veree Messi the new Latvian superstar. Allegedly no relation!!!

Top man Bucks, the milky bars are on me if our paths cross. In UK from 9th to 31st Aug and waiting for fixture list, then i can target my games
ST for me and lad have not been renewed, nor gone for membership. Although I have a DAB and can get the games commentary for free (as long as I am in range), LUTV will be the one thing I keep, in order that I can choose to watch any good games all the way through a few days later, or access matches while on holiday. It is cancelled at the mo though, and I prob won't renew it until August. Permanent signing is, from a good source, Colin's mother-in-law because she makes a great cuppa and prevents the lads from back-chatting her boy.
Please don't this be the only excitement we have all pre-season, I had a feeling we would sign him but it really does not look good if Warnock is building fans expectations up with his 1st May announcement and it is O'Dea
I'm pretty sure Warnock's already said it's not someone he's had before. Svend Karlsen, a prominent member of supporters groups etc. in Scandinavia, tweeted: "How good is Jason Pearce? #lufc #pompey", followed by: "Haha, nice reactions. I don't think I've seen him in action but sounds good. We'll see what happens ;-)" and "@EastStandUpper @AndrewHaigh How much do we think Pompey has asked for Pearce? They are really desperate, I don't believe the 1.5 mill fee.". Also, the guy who predicted every single one of our January transfers as well as the premature exit of Adam Smith tweeted (in reply to someone asking who the signing was) "Thought it was Pearce from Pompey mate. Has it not come out yet?" So it's looking pretty likely.
Afternoon Boggers Hes a CB and Portsmouths Captain. Very decent player & leader, exactlly what we need.
Bates on Vyrynen......Speaking on Yorkshire Radio, Bates said, "I don`t know why we signed him. A nice guy but a complete waste of money. He has made two starts and cost us £500, 000 in fees and salary. I just do not know why we signed him. I am sorry for him but I feel even sorrier for us. I'm ****ing sick and tired of this. What riles me even more than the stupid cretins in charge are the fans who still believe the club is being run well. Hearing the phrase "just get behind the club" makes me feel physically sick to my stomach and makes me want to physically harm whoever said it. The worst part is hearing the same arguments from these clowns about the ground redevelopments and how they're going to increase revenue streams, despite seeing in plain view that this crap is hemorrhaging money, the Centenary Pavilion cost is £3 million in the 10/11 season, from a building cost of £1 million that's a ****ing disgraceful amount of money. It's going to continue costing us money for crap we don't want, don't need, and managed to support the club without for decades. The same goes for that tripe Yorkshire Radio. All their staff on the Leeds United payroll and that business itself is a massive loss maker as well. The sheer stupidity of any fan saying "we're making a profit and he's only spending what we can afford on players". He's got these idiots wrapped around his little finger and it's exactly what he was banking on when he took control of a club that had stretched far beyond its means. Taking advantage of the weak and cautious. There is not a single positive of that man being in charge of Leeds United.
