Nobody would join my gang as I seem to piss everybody off at some stage. Either my ' Wenger is not a God' stance, off the wall humour few even notice, and my defence of the innocent (I'm ducking already Jayram), get me into trouble. But between bouts of knockabout this place can be fun. More fun and banter, less misery.
Yes my old profile and all posts got deleted and I assume could never be restored. That was a bit of a shame. The arguments back and forth between the two 'factions' have given a very interesting insight into what actually motivates people to get engaged and comment. Pretty much all the threads that have some kind of spat are the ones viewed and commented on the most. Most of the really interesting threads get very few comments and participation. I guess it comes down to what we want this forum to be - a huge fight, or a more content rich place. I do think that if the personal stuff is cut out we can have the best of both worlds. I don't think it is wrong that the mods strongly voice opinions, and I also think it perfectly reasonable to call a payer - or the manager - out after a **** performance (or run of bad performances/ stupid decisions).
tbh I aint seen much on here that is personal ever. On this board anyway. There are some very nasty spud, chelsea fans on here but not arsenal. Nobody here seems to resort to basic insults very often which is probably why we can all have so many spats and still not get anyone banned

haha I think I was described as one of your cronies recently. I think me, BDM, RVB, PNE, HH and you were certainly part of the not all rosey gang - at least thats I think what people thought. Not sure who was/is in the other gang though - Piskie, COYG...who else?

Good idea. Or better still, trawl the threads and pick out some pearler's from the opposition and start a 'deluded' thread
