Ok so I hate Barca but for the first time in ages I want these cheaters to win. We badly need barca to put chelsea down tonight for two reasons: 1, obviously we really dont want them to win the cl because then its only the top 3 who make the cl next year - so it is of practical significance to us tonight. 2, Mental - we want them to take a good old pounding tonight and then their honeymoon (which has been very lucky) will be over under RDM. Then we can give them a pounding at the weekend. If they have a good result tonight then they will be full of confidence going into our match. So all in all it is vital barca win for us tonight. I think they will win because if barca dont outplay you then they will outcheat you. And lets be honest, chelsea have had it lucky with decisions but vs barca there is no way they will get the decisions. Whether that be corruption or just very sophisticated cheating barca will get any borderline decisions their way next week and probably even this week at the bridge My prediction: chelsea 1 - barca 2
I'm of the opposite opinion. Obviously, if they get pounded then morale could potentially be down and they'll be there for the taking. But, say they got a slender 1-0 or 2-1 win, they could take their eye off of the game with us and save all their energy for the reverse fixture with Barca because they stand a chance of getting through. They may even rest some players if they think that getting a result at the Nou Camp is possible?
I am actually really glad they won. Well done chelsea. Made all the sweeter that drogba outcheated the biggest cheats in sport and busquets missed an open goal
Chelsea deserved to win tonight - and I am still of the opinion that Chelsea will win the CL. Could well be top 3 only in the PL, which makes our poor showing against Wigan even more important. Lose to Chelsea at the weekend and the odds are we'll not make the CL next year. Pressure well and truly on.
I wanted Chelsea to win. Barca have too many disgusting cheaters in their team (Busquets, Alves, Pedro) and they all charge down the ref asking for cards. Chelsea is also representing England in the CL. I would be happy if Chelsea lost in the final to Bayern.
RDM has them playing like they did under Mourihno - solid, difficult to break down, and with a threat on the counter. Of all the teams I would want to play on Saturday, Chelsea would be the last!
I don't think they deserved the win tbh, don't get me wrong they defended well, but on another night some of those 4/5 sitters that they missed would have gone in. Even if one had gone in the dynamic of the whole game would have changed as Chelsea would have been searching for another goal and the floodgates may have opened. Gratz to Chelsea though, still think Barca are favourites though.
On that tiny allotment of a pitch Barca should've whopped them, lets be honest. Back at the Camp Nou on a man sized pitch Chelsea will get their arses handed to them

Chelsea don't deserve to win over two legs with this brand of power anti football. Do we want to see this ugly Mourinho type of football come back in fashion over Barca's beautiful game ? I was actually falling asleep in the first half, and was asleep when Chelsea scored, it was the commentary noise from the goal that woke me up from the slumber.
