Good game yesterday and a deserved win for you guys although the scoreline flattered.

72mins gone and at 1-2 we were looking decent with a half a chance of getting something out of the game. one slow reaction from our young centerback and a piece of brilliance from Man City later and it was 1-4 with 74mins gone. And there I think is the difference. I thought Man City's play in the final third was superb all day. It is the ability to play passes in the oponents 18yd box that is key. That is where the difference in class really shows.

I though defensively we did well (seems a strange thing to say after shipping 6!) and in midfield we competed and had our fair share of possesion, it is that front area that seperates.

I think Man city clicked yesterday and unfortunately for us, when that happens there are not many sides in the world that can live with you. Even United suffered from this earlier in the season with your win at OT.

And that is the scary thing, Norwich played really well yesterday and got a proper dicking. The Key for Man City now is to click like that regularly.

Thanks for posting, you did play well and the score does flatter.
What has turned us around is Aguero and Tevez playing together, if they keep injury free and RM plays them instead of rotating and bringing Balotelli back in then second place is ours, the title is now beyond us unless United screw up later but i honestly cannot see it happening.

Introduction of yaya toure was instrumental
At 2-1 it could've gone either way and we were rocking
As we were beforehand in the Compleat Angler

I can see where you are coming from on this after yesterday, however I would venture to suggest that it was Tevez' and Balotelli's negative influence that caused the wobble in the first instance.

If a Tevez had been at Manchester City the whole season City probably would be top of the league. I know thats what everyones been saying but it's so true. He links up with Aguero so well and technical players like Nasri, Silva and Johnson. He is such a good goal poacher aswell which is what City were lacking a few weeks back.

Great support from the REAL Manchester team on saturday, your singing was immense and in my opinion makes for a far better atmosphere. Your fans were great after the game, I walked back to the car with some and no one rubbed our noses in it.
Can't agree with "Kenny Foggo on the wing" we were lucky it wasn't 1-10, I thought we kind of gave up in the last 10 minutes, which is unusal for us.
That was a really good game of Football from a neutral supporters point of view, as a Norwich fan I hated it, who wouldn't? But the way you played was good to watch, if that makes sense? Yaya Toure is one hell of a footballer, which makes being in the Premiership that much better as we get to see just how good these players are.
Can't see you winning the title now, but good luck, I hope you push United right to the wire.

I agree with ILD - you were totally rampant and some good saves from Ruddy and the woodwork prevented it from being a much heavier defeat.

Your style of play is a delight to watch and I for one applauded both Aguero goals as they were just sheer class - what a player he is and links with tevez so well - we had no real answer to his (and Tevez and Silva's) movement.

I was proud of the way my team battled away and tried to get something from the game but in the end your class shone through and you deserved everything you got from the game - you are the best side to play at CR this year by a long way imo.

Your fans were great too - chatted to a couple of them on the train back to Peterborough and they were decent lads - genuine, passionate supporters - thanks for the kind words about Norwich lads !

For the neutral it must have been a great game to watch - it had everything ! I stood and applauded both teams at the end - a fantsatic game of football that I felt privileged to have watched despite our tanking !!

Best of luck for the last 4 games - hope you can win the league !

SAFC supporter here i believe the title will be decided at our ground when we play Man u, what will you feel like if we hold them to a draw and you win to get to 88 points and win the title on goal diffrence?. We want to finish higher than 10th i think we will give them a game, but can you beat them ?.

If RM plays Aguero and Tevez and leaves Balotelli on the bench i think we have a very good chance.

There's no reason why we can't beat them at home really. People seem to be talking as if we just need to beat them and hope they draw once...but we still have to go to Newcastle as well and that is a really tough fixture!

The Pundits had your visit to Carrow Road down as a tough fixture. We all saw what happened there. Play like you did at the weekend and beating Newcastle will be likely. Newcastle have done superbly well this season and they really do pose a big threat at the other end, but I feel Man City will outscore them. Has the potential to be one hell of a match!
