Full-Time: Liverpool Reserves 2-1 West Bromwich Albion Reserves. Goals from Michael N'Goo and Suso gave Liverpool a 2-1 victory over West Brom's reserves.
he has seemed a bit more mature in the reserves this year, creating for others aswell as scoring 7 i think this year......Could be worth sending him out a championship sode for a year to see what happens.....Although that should probably have been what happenned this year.
dunno. he had a bit of pace and bite about him but he always needed about 5 chances to get a goal. he also made a few errors in what he said and did around contracts so i've the feeling he's off. can't say i'm that sorry really. morgan has an equal chance and n'goo is a bit different. they can only benefit.
i certainly cant see him taking the first team by storm and commanding a place ahead of anyone. We should probably give him 45 minutes before he goes though...just in case.
Ibe and Lussey tame Wolves! Nice to end the home campaign on a victory. Let's hope we can finish the season well up at Newcastle! I didn't see the game but I noticed that Jordan Ibe has again got himself on the scoresheet. Seems to be doing well since his move from Wycombe.
He sustained a knee injury earlier in the season. I think he picked up in training in February and probably won't play again this season. I can't find much on the injury but there is this... http://goal.blogs.nytimes.com/2012/...gress-at-liverpool-takes-a-knock-in-the-knee/ Interview with the lad. Talks about the injury, signing for Liverpool etc.
I like the way Pelosi plays he is very composed for such a young lad, we do have some very promising youngsters at the academy at the moment and for me Jordan Ibe and Nacho look like they are going to be stars of the future.
By the way, Liverpool's reserves take on Manchester United's reserves today at Kirkby. Kick-off will be at 2PM and build-up begins on LFCTV (Sky Channel 434) at 1.30PM. I'll get the team news up when it's available.
Oh I forgot about that, cheers Chris I take any chance to watch the reserves mainly to see Suso and Sterling. Wisdom has been very good of late so let's see if he can keep the United defence at bay, also I wonder if Jones will drop down to reserves?

United 1-0 up. United get a free-kick in a dangerous area and it's played in, goes past everyone and Michael Keane pocks it home from 4 yards out. Pretty poor goal to concede.
Adorjan is Hungarian. Villyan Bijev is the American/Bulgarian lad. Sent out on loan to Fortuna Düsseldorf as he couldn't get a work permit.
2-0 United. Ball played long from the back, brought down by Lingard and he is cool, calm and collected as he slots the ball home. Big job on our hands now if we are to get back into this game.
Those always do my head in, how can one ball over the top not be seen by the defenders and how can you not know where your man is? So simple to give away, too simple.
