The vile singing on Sunday was from a small minority and a lot of Chelsea fans were as upset by it as anyone. It should be obvious from the crowd cameras who was responsible, and since I understand Chelsea only sold tickets to members I look forward to them taking action

trust me, we've been ****ed over more than once this season, we've had a ball go a yard over the line and no goal given, amongst others, we were pissed off, we didn't send death threats... we've been through more ****e times in the last 15 years than your club has in it's whole history, and your fans aren't even grateful
Don't get me wrong, I don't condone him getting threats etc, but the fact that his career as a ref is over is just about right in my eyes. As for the rest of what you said, total bollocks. We were minutes from being the next Leeds all because Bates wanted to build the West Stand, that being the final straw after the Chelsea Village etc etc...it nearly killed the club, and all for one mans ambition... We've also done our stint in D2, with one Ray Wilkins getting the band and driving us back into the top flight... We're grateful and proud to be here and one of the few teams to have never been out of the premier league, but also agrieved to have missed out on an element of success because of one mans poor abilities at his job. Like I say, when you're competing for something that prestigious and it happens to you, you may understand the ill feeling.
Yes thank God for them because without them you wouldn't have won the Champions League in 2005 or the FA Cup in 2006 and you would probably have finished even lower than you have in recent seasons.
