hey united fans arsenal fan in peace. Apologies if this has been discussed before but as most of you probably know you've been strongly linked with nico gaitan by various sources. Don't know much about him personally and just seen him play once in the europa league and wasn't all that impressive though thats just onw match and according to various reviews hes a bigger talent than di maria. He has become a bit of a high profile name but thats predominantly because you've gone in for him imo. What do you make of him and what are your expectations of him and should he and hazard join would you consider it a succesful summer? Oh and please win the title i would rather you than man city
I've seen quite a bit of him, he is a wide man with a great left foot that can also play as an attacking midfielder/playmaker, the lad has bags of potential and I'm really surprised none of the other big sides have had serious links with signing him. As for Hazard, I really don't expect United to sign him, he is going to be this summers marquee player thats part of a European bidding war and I can't see Fergie wanting to be part of that, plus if we do sign Gaitan do we really need another attacking mid? I would say we need a deeplying mid much more, the likes of Javi Martinez, Javi Garcia or Nuri Sahin. Sent from my mobile
Hello fellow gunner, i havent seen much of Giatan however i do believe we have many wingers at present but he can play attacking midfield so we wil have to see what happens, id take Gotze,Eriksen or Javi Martinez along with Hazard in the summer regarding our midfield
How many times do teams claim not be to interested in public and yet behind the scenes, they are talking to agents and clubs.
I'd take Gaitan (many reports saying the deal is already done with Macheda possibly going the other way with Fabio on a seasons loan), Eriksen (who we have also been strongly linked with) and Javi Martinez or Nuri Sahin and call it a successful transfer window, I also wouldn't complain if we added a new left back, such as Cisshoko.
I agree but cannot really see it happening in all honesty. But like yourself if the likes of Martinez and Sahin or Gaitan turned up, I'd be overjoyed. Saying that Erik Pieters the Dutch LB would be a useful back up to Evra. Also what about a new CF if Berb walks away?
I'd like to see Will Keane given a chance as our 4th striker, he cant stop hitting the net in the reserves and his overall movement and workrate has been excellent, I know Fergie usually like to give the young players a good loan deal before promoting them to first team action but I think he may be worth a shot, Petrucci has also been in good form since he has overcome his injury problems.

No idea about Pogba tbh. Happy if he stays and commits himself to the club. However if his heart isn't in it, then bye. Will not lose sleep over him nor should you tbh over RVP if he walks away. Great player but no player bigger than the club.
Agreed no mans bigger than the club. In anycase you've added two brazilian talents to your repotoire and you also have that portugese wonderkid from last year (parreira?)...plenty of talent you guys have.
I read the story yesterday and according to their "source", Fabio will be going on Loan and Macheda will leave on a permanent basis in return for Gaitan.
