    GoMadgeGo, aka, A Boy in the Bush. Long time, whats up. Are you just out on day release back into the community, or have you absconded from the Asylum again. Still driving your little comedy Clown car and wearing the trademark big Clown's shoe's
    Tool.

    It's proving to be a bit of a bitch to get a decent spud out here in lebanon. Ah well, just as well i like the old rice!!!

    My local supermarket here in Sligo is selling Israeli spuds; surely you could sneak a few over the border nuts??!! Not bad either.

    amazing that its cheaper to import the things from israel than to sell the local spuds.
    still i suppose it explains the shortage in lebanon
    all the lebanese pototoes are in israeli supermarkets

    Its amazing lads. There is spuds here of course. But they are all huge. never seen the likes of it before. They spray the fields/crops with some sort of "stuff' and the spuds are just massive. They taste awful. I'm sticking to the rice.

    I travel into Israel quite a bit with my work and their spuds are not too bad at all. Can't wait to get home and get a decent one though. Can't believe we are devoting a complete thread to spuds. Now thats IRISH.

    Ah but there is a logic to it, though it followed a circuitous route;

    Spuds = Spurs = our next game; even Cerny can see that's QPR related....

    I was going to start an Irish Cricket thread but I declined as it wouldn't have met the Cerny Test.

    That was..... until Grinning came up with his circuitous logic......

    So, with a bit of plagiarism,.....QPR on Saturday = Spurs = Spuds = Irish = Cricket !!

    They say there's six degrees of separation between apparently unrelated items.....watch out Cerny, for apparently notQPR threads.<whistle>

    QPR Abu!
