Not very often I say this but they can help relegate Coventry tonight, which would suit me fine

 

You beat me to it mate...I was just thinking about putting something on here about hoping Coventry go down...

 

I met a Coventry fan last week in Somerset.
We got chatting..."Who's your team?" He said...Sunderland, I replied. He started to grin, allot. What's so funny? I asked him. He then informed me he supported Coventry and every time he talked to a Sunderland fan Jimmy Hill was always the first topic.
Anyway we exchanged meaningless pleasantry's over a *** for a while till it was time to go...I turned back to him and said. "Good luck with relegation", with a big I don't mean it grin, of course.

 

He was right with the Jimmy Hill bit mind...After all these years I still can't stand the twat..

 

Not that we all hold grudges of course.............................

It would make me smile if they did get relegated mind, a sort of justice after all these years !

 

Whats the story with us hating Jimmy Hill again?

That was quite a nasty game, Warnock had sent Leeds players out to kick and disrupt Reading, this was an occasion where I didn't mind it, probably saved some serious injuries.
