    Firstly, i think it was topical per the conversation i was having with hunbhoy on a sepertate thread. Secondly, I wanted to bring it up to ensure the celtic/catholic side recognise it. Thirdly it was to wind you's up a bit...more so hunbhoy...i think you clicked on pretty quickly.

    There is no "Catholic" side to it. Never has been for me never will, most Celtic fans I know do not connecr Celtic and their faith, I don't know Rebel but i'd be willing to bet he feels the same way.

    Celtic is not a Catholic club and never has been. True the fanbase is mostly Catholic and some people may imagine it having some connection with their faith but it does not necessarily follow that religion and Celtic go hand in hand or are in some way interlinked. Therefore no one should ever talk about "Celtic/Catholic".
